Hiya furry friends, it am me - dear Chiquita napping by the printer and Katie Mom's laptop.
The Mom am bin working soo hard scrapping appliances and metals and stuff to help us kitties that we am bin snoozing a lots.
And still we don't gets enough to take care of every paw... and guess what? Another doggy was losted (abandoned) and now we am looking after him too fur a while until Mom can finds someone to loves him. He had a microchip and everything, but the owners not like him no mores... well just cause I don't like dogs - that's just not rights!! Him name am Dash and him am big boy.
He am furry goods with humans, but he wants to chase us kitties and jump on other doggies... Him reelly wants to be goods but doesn't know how. He needs a home without other dogs or cats. Howsumever, he likes pot belly pigs. Another lady looked after Dash for one day and has a little piggy.

Right now him am staying in our back yard with a furry big doghouse.
Dash went to get hims vet check up yesfurday and him weighs 68 pounds!! And he eats a lot more than us kitties! Thankfully a dog rescuer lady friend helped us pay for Dash's exams and shots and stuffs.

After we do an update here, we will has a private update on Facebook - cause there am a furry special kitty that needs our helps to has surgery ($600.00) - just like hims two brothers. Dr. Skaer at hims free checkup last month said that sometimes boys who need urethra surgery am genetic. We are asking our loving friends if they can helps even a little bits to save this kitty's life - just like hims brothers. There am a paypal link on the side. (Late posting - haven't felt too well this weekend - all the worry over needing help with property taxes has really upset my stomach. Trying to get a small loan from my bank. This wasn't the post planned - Planned on posting the video of the I was in at Passover Seder on Friday, but the camera batteries went wacky just as my friend was about to push the button... I will not buy Rayovac rechargeables again after this set will not hold a charge. Energizers and Duracell from now on! (Portion below updated April 08) Another friend got the dance on their phone - but will not be able to post it. (For those who don't know I have physical disabilities... my knees are in constant pain. Dancing helps strengthen my muscles to help me walk daily.)

Also promised to share my mother's flowers - but the severe wind from the thunderstorm on Thursday night damaged them. - Will try to get a pic of her tulips soon.
Instead - a short tail... um tale that happened on Sunday.
Last night I couldn't find Lulu. Her brother Joey showed me where she was!
HERE IS THE STORY!
I
was so afraid she had run out of the house this morning, but that's not
like her... She's afraid to go outside..This morning I left the front
door open to run inside and get something and the storm door doesn't
catch. The wind banged the door open and shut when I was in another
room. When I ran back into the living room, just two of the boys were at
the door. I thought I did a kitty count then, yet this evening, I
couldn't find her. I even asked Lulu's brother Joey to help me look for
her... Well he ran to the door of back room where some of the other
kitties stay and began pawing at the door. I went back there with him,
but didn't see Lulu. But the kitties in the back were hungry so I went
and got their food. Joey ran out of the room with me... Yet when I went
back in to feed them, he ran back in!
Last night, I was about to leave a message on Facebook, asking
everyone to help pray for her when my brother found her in the back room
after all. She was hiding on a shelf! Thank you Joey for telling me
where Lulu was. As soon as she got to the front part of the house, she ran and hid under Uncle Mike's Bed!!!.
So we all had Happy Passover/Easter Resurrection Day weekend after all!

Toby slept with Uncle Mike last night. Him am ate sum and drank sum water. Mom will give him sublingual pain med dose after posting.
Toby Update frum Sunday April 20:
Uncle Mike and the Mom brought Toby home around 11:30 Sunday Morning, only to have to turn around and take him back... He still had the catheter in his fore leg!! The top photo was taken the first time he came home... He had pulled off the Collar and wanted to lay on the bed. That's when the Mom noticed the catheter. Then back to the Emergency clinic to take the catheter out....and fix the collar back. Course Toby wasn't happy about being put back in the carrier... "Hey, I just got home! I wants to rest!"
While back at the clinic, the vet tech fixed the collar 'strings' into a harness... He not been able to get it off again.
Mom helped him drink water and eat with the collar on. And he was furry thirsty! Only way that us kitties get rid of anesthesia is with lots of water. Toby am taking pain meds every 6 hours and antibiotics (Amoxicillin) twice a day. He has to keep that collar on for 10 days at least! Cause the bandage has to stay on a long time.

Mom reads the surgery report. Hims third vertebra from the tip was actually dislocated. So that's why 4 vertebrae had to be removed.
Mom said the
cost of emergency surgery was less than they feared, but still a
whopping 500 plus greenies.... We gots all our paws crossed and purring
that he heals furry good and no complications.

Short Story Fur Easter
Me tell you short story about Puzzles' Spunky "Boo" Bear. Him was borned Good Furryday, 1989 and leaped over the Rainbow Bridge 2008 at almost 20 years old.

Spunky and me gotted fings in common, likes us being handsome black kitties and how our Kitty Mommies went over the Rainbow Bridge too soon. The Mom raised Spunky frum 3 days old with a glass eyedropper.
Mom says Boo Bear's name now means sumpin funny in England. Did you know that long time ago, the word spunky meant sponge and that sponge used to mean "to Redeem" something?
Which am what happens on Easter. Dis cute black kitten born on Good Furryday had a short nose and looked like a bear. Him a miracle who survived when hims 2 siblings and mommy died. That how Spunky Bear gotted hims name.
Dat's why him was bested cat ever and why I am named after him...
oh and Mom painted Resurrection Morning just after the Easter weekend Spunky was borned.... painting am dedicated to him...
