Thank you so much for all your purrs and prayers. Right now we have about 90.00 toward rent money on Tuesday! Guero made it through the night Friday. Silvia and I took him to my vet this morning (Saturday). Even though Guero had some mucous on Thursday, no infection now! And his bladder was empty. Vet said more stress related.
Got a urinalysis and poor Guero had tons of micros crystals in his urine. We did not have the money to do an xray to check for stones. He was given pain med prescription, subcutaneous fluids under the skin to help flush out the crystals and Hill Prescription Diet c/d PH balancing canned food to dissolve them.

Guero got home and liked the canned food! Tonight he was relieving himself more and feeling better so far. The pain meds kicked in and he's been sleeping.
From now on, he will be eating canned food vs dry and no bottled spring water. Silvia doesn't trust the motel water - he will be drinking distilled water for now.
Cost of visit: $123.00 - which brings the vet total bills to $223.00 that have come out of the Katiez Furry Mewz credit card.
I'm asking for now to help with rent and then help pay back credit bill. So far we still need about 60.00 for Tuesday's rent.
Please keep Guero in your prayers that his condition improves.

Oh, Guero! :( We hope you feel soon better! You're in our thoughts! And Angel of course as well! We're sorry that we can't donate any money. Our grandparents are paying our vet bills, because we can't afford them either.
